The structure of this qualification recognises the diversity of different business models to a higher level of skills as a floral designer.

This course follows  the SUBJECTS and content of a  equivalent TAFES Cert 3 floristry with a little twigging, to suit your direction AND YOUR CAREER GOALS . I’m not an RTO, however I am a Qualified Certified Trainer & Assessor to Teach TAFE level equivalent and teaching for over 25 years. You will receive a Certificate of completion with tasks and skills listed,  that have been covered as well as ongoing support to secure first position or stay with us if a position available

You will have the opportunity to perform unpaid and paid work experience within the shop at asapflowers Brendale 

This industry is not strict on qualifications, it just needs to see some work experience and a COMPLETED course like this one,  and a passion, which you can develop during this course in a live florist environment. A high percentage of florists are not certified from an RTO and have learnt on the job, or have completed a course such as my short courses Please see reviews.

Topics we cover include 17- 22 core units & 3-6 electives according to AQF STANDARDS if you have done the 3,6 or 10 week skills courses with us,  you will receive a $ credit. Your trainer will take you to to the floral suppliers as part of your intergrated learning experience. At the end of the course you will be equipped with the skills and confidence to venture into any direction of floral design you choose.
