Your information is kept in secure locations and encrypted secure banking payment facilities are used. Staff are trained in strictest privacy practises. We pride ourselves on service and entigrity, and happy to discuss any issues with you regarding anything that may arise. We are an environmentally aware enterprise, that looks for innovative ways to save the planet and the footprint this business creates with minimal power useage, recycling were possible, and creative thinking in our approach to business.  

Insufficient or incorrect delivery addresses that create an unsuccessful delivery, you will be contacted and a second delivery fee will be required prior to 2nd attempt, any info missing will hold up orders. Cancellation fees apply if delivery has left its a 35% of order, if delivery made up and still in store 25%fee and if not yet made up 20% fee - weddings are different see wedding section.

Complaints- to assess your complaint we require a pic sent to asapflowersaustralia@gmail.com within 24 hours stating in point form course of events,  so we can rectify pronto, we strive to send out quality at all times and hope these instances are rare.
