normal trading - We offer a SAME DAY delivery CONTACTLESS service delivering between RESIDENTIAL 7am - 7 pm ,& business 8-5pm. We cannot accept timed deliveries unless you organize days before (NOT AT ALL VALENTINES & MOTHERS DAY)
your order must be in by the ONLINE ORDER CUT OFF TIMES BELOW for same day SERVICE , our in-house store walk in trading hours differ , if you miss cut off we have flowers, gifts, hampers on display INSTORE for a quick purchase OR if delivery it will be delivered the next trading day.

BUSINESS DELIVERIES - we will deliver between 8 am - 5pm mon -friday , saturday 8.00 am -11, if u know recipient leaving early than 5pm then that needs to be mentioned in the notes to us on your order, or order the day before as we do not accept time requests unless its an express delivery.
HOSPITALS, SCHOOLS, kindies, UNIVERSITIES; include ward, campas name and will be delivered to main reception, nurses station or ward reception. NO flowers accepted at ICU or emergency wards (NOT AVAILABLE VALENTINES OR MOTHERS DAY- get those delivered day before to avoid dissappointment)
